POLICY OF MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK

The Managing Board, represented by the Manager, officially declares its POLICY OF MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK which shall be distributed, understood, applied and supported by all employees and workers in the company:

THE MANAGEMENT POLICY OF HEBROS BUS LTD ENSURES CORRECT SERVICES AND MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF CUSTOMERS AND INTERESTED PARTIES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF BUS TRANSPORT, BUS STATION SERVICES, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES, EXAMINATIONS FOR ROADWORTHINESS OF VEHICLES FOR THE PROTECTION OF THEIR GOOD CONDITION AND SAFETY AS WELL AS PREVENTION OF POLLUTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

For the implementation of this policy, the Managing Board is focusing its efforts on the following:

• Improvement of the organization’s prestige and positive image with the provision of services meeting the needs and expectations of customers.

• Improvement of the organization’s competitiveness and development by investment expansion.

• Taking 2/3 of passenger transport in the region with leading quality.

• Optimization of business processes with the implementation of modern information systems.

• Regular training of staff for the improvement of qualification and motivation to work.

• Effective management of health risks and safety pursuant to valid statutory documents.

• Prevention of injuries, minimization of activity-related risks for the health of staff and other interested parties.

• Improvement of work environment, protection of Organization employees, meeting public expectations for environmental protection pursuant to statutory requirements.

• Introduction and effective use of equipment, energy and materials in compliance with the requirements of safety and health at work as well as the achievement of ecological effect.

• Reduction of adverse environmental impacts, improvement of effectiveness and reduction of costs.

• Limit of fuel consumption with the use of new buses equipped with ecological and economic engines. Compliance with applicable requirements of statutory acts and other requirements related to the environment, health and safety at work.

• Continuous improvement of the implemented and supported Integrated Management System.

• For the realization of these objectives Hebros Bus LTD has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System in compliance with international standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

• Managing Board ensures and guarantees the conditions necessary for the strict observation of the requirements of the Integrated Management System in the company and the active cooperation of managing and executive staff in company development.

In the capacity of manager of Hebros Bus LTD, I hereby declare my personal participation and responsibility for the performance of the declared Policy of management of quality, environment, health and safety at work.
