From the north and from the west there is a fire road with a width of 3.30 m. A connection has been built with the station underpass and the station complex. At the underground level (elevation - 3.30) there are several types of connections with the upper level (elevation + 0.00) - stairwell, lift, direct access staircase with cash register area and waiting room, open external staircase leading directly to the platform. On the underground level, there are sanitary units, shops for industrial goods, a bookstore, a snack bar for fast food and two cafes. At the level of elevation + 0.00 there are dedicated entrance, cashier area for information and ticket sales, waiting area for passengers, room for mothers with children, bathroom, luggage locker, cafe, snack bar for fast food and REP. The offices of the administrative and management staff of Hebros Bus and the management of the bus station are located on the second level. There is a direct connection to the dispatchers at the elevation + 0.00 in the southwest corner of the building. A bus parking lot with 20 spaces has been built at the eastern end of the field.
